Walk-in Closet to add value

A realtor came to me and suggested changing the current closet in a home into a walk-in closet by adding in an actual door instead of a sliding door which would increase the value and attract more potential buyers. I agreed and got to work removing drywall, adding framing, moving electrical, reinstalling new drywall, and finishing the texture and paint. Needless to say, the value was definitely there.
