Bathroom Remodel in fix and flip duplex

The scope of work:

The owner of the property had a previous company come in to do drywall and finish work. This house needed much more than that. It needed re-framing, new water lines and drain lines. It needed a new tub and surround. We got brand new Pex-B water lines set up, removed the cast iron drain line and installed a new tub with appropriate drain line. We stubbed out for new water lines for the new vanity also. We also added new lighting and exhaust for proper ventilation. Finishing off with new flooring, a new toilet, and beautiful FRP to create a seamless water barrier. This bathroom was only part of an entire unit remodel including kitchen, living room, bedrooms, attic, furnace, and window/door replacement. The fixes all culminated in a $150,000 property value increase.
