Basement Bathroom Value Add

This project added a second bathroom to the basement of a 4 bed/1 bath house thereby creating a 4 bed/ 2 bath house. With some hidden plumbing from the upstairs bathroom, we needed to create a small opening for the door to swing unimpeded. This bathroom included a new exhaust, two new lights, new vanity, new floors, new shower surround, and a new toilet. The floor was leveled using self-leveling concrete then LVP installed on top. With a $20,000 budget, it was appraised as adding $30,000 to the value of the home.
