This bathroom was in need of repair due to the existing tub internal padding broke and became squishy and felt unsafe. The also wanted to update their floor and since they were replacing the tub, the felt they wanted to replace the fake tile with real tile. Both the flooring and tub surround was the exact same tile. The clients also upgraded their vanity to accommodate both the husband and wife’s belongings. This $12,000 project brought joy and a property value increase.
